However, DOM reserves the right at all times and without notice to monitor, review, retain or disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental (including law enforcement) request.

All returns (whether Online Purchase or Store Purchase) may be made via mail or in one of our partner stores.
Merchandise should be non-sale, unopened or unused in new or unused condition with your original receipt or packing slip within 14 days from the date you originally received your package.
No refunds are available unless item was faulty.
Please note all purchases on are final and cannot be returned. All sale and promotional purchases are final; no refunds or store credits available. DOM reserves the right to refuse any return if they do not meet our return requirements.
If you received an item that is damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong item, please call 732-752-7220 for assistance with your return.
To cancel an order, please send us an email requesting cancellation to [email protected]. You will receive an email confirming cancellation, provided the item has not shipped. If your order has already shipped, please refer to the points listed above.
